I have a shoulder ...
I have a shoulder shrug similar to this. I feel a funny buildup of something- it's hard to describe, but then my stomach muscles will jerk or my shoulders jump around, and I twist my neck, too.
Do you get a funny sensation before your tics happen?

It just gets worse as I get more tired, too. My friends poke fun at me, and I laugh along. Have you ever had trouble driving due to this, or can you control it all of the time? That's my biggest concern.
