Trust me, Jeff, …
Trust me, Jeff, reading on the Kindle is nothing like reading on a screen. But don’t take my word for it. Go try out the Nook in Batnes & Nobles. You could play around with it and see for yourself that it’s not like reading on a screen. That was a worry of mine at first too. I hate reading on a screen. But this thing is easier to read on that a physical book.
I hate reading …
I hate reading things on a screen, need to have them in hard copy, though I do like to have audio versions of things. I have ADHD as well as some severe tics so that makes it difficult to read a lot of things too.
I do that too. All …
I do that too. All the time. I’m a horrible reader. I know all the words, but sometimes I reread stuff so much (a word here, a sentence here, just a line here) that nothing makes sense. Having the Kindle read to me fixes all of that as well, so you might give it a try sometime if the rereading gives you much trouble.
The only problem I …
The only problem I have with reading now is sometimes I read the same sentence over and over! lol.
You’re welcome. …
You’re welcome. I’m glad I could help. Also, almost all books are cheaper for the Kindle since there’s no printing costs. In my case, and I read a lot, I made back the price of the Kindle in about 5 months. Everything after that was bonus savings. I think I’ve seen a video with you and your head tic. I used to shake my head a lot, but it’d come in spurts. Overall, I had it nowhere near as bad, but I can sympathize.
All the best!

Wow Brian! I didn’t know about that book reader… it’s pretty amazing. I have very severe head tics that make reading close to impossible at times and also have some OCD issues that make reading a real challenge. I’ll definitely consider getting one of those. Thanks for the tip.
