		<description>It could be tourette's. It depends on how often you do these things. People with tics or tourette syndome would do it constantly, like a hundred times an hour. If you just do this a few times a day, then there's nothing to worry about.

If you do them very often, then I would say it's definitely a tic disorder. Did you have tics as a young child? Maybe you didn't even notice them, but if you did, then it is likely you have tourette's.

If you never had tics before this, then it's transient tic disorder. If it continues for another few months, then you would be diagnosed with tourette syndrome.
