i'm trying to ...
i'm trying to figure out what my brother has. It could be similar to what your girl has. I don't know if anyone can help.
My little brother he's 8 and he started having these involuntary movements - his head would rotate from the neck in a circular motion.

I've been observing him and sometimes his upper body would move as well. I asked him if he was doing it himself but told me he can't control it.
Can anyone tell me what's going on?
Do i need to go to the doctor to get him checked out asap?

I think it might be ...
I think it might be an absence/cluster seizure. One of the two. I have seen she does it in the other videos, so I am pretty sure she doesn't mean to do it. You should ask someone professional or show these videos to a neurologist.
