Includes plans for new Sunshine Lady House for Mental Health Wellness & Recovery, funded in part by a $2 million grant from Doris Buffetts Sunshine Lady Foundation. Programs featured include DARE To Be You, Healthy Families, Program for Teen Parents, Project LINK, Rappahannock Adult Activities; and Rappahannock Area Kids on the Block.
