what Nrotc tier option would psychology or Physical therapy fall under?

Im currently a sophomore at a college prep high school and I’ve been looking a lot into NROTC.i Really want to become a physical therarpist and/ or a psychcologist, and would like to possiblly get a double major in PT and psychology no matter what. I was wondering what tier psychology or physical therapy would fall under.

both of them would consist of tier 3. You have better luck trying for the nurse corps of nrotc
