Hello. Here in California and a few other states within the US, it is illegal to talk on a mobile while driving, unless you use an earpiece like a bluetooth. As far as anxiety and driving, there are no laws addressing that. Personally, if I have a panic attack while driving, I can just stop where it’s safe until it passes. But even then, it doesn’t seem to affect how I drive or the attention I give the road. I’ve been driving 10 years with no tickets or accidents. Knock on wood.

Thanks for your videos and your advice which I find very helpful…but are sure it’s perfectly safe for you (and others) to drive a car given your agoraphobic symptoms? Here, in France, many people suffering from social phobia are not allowed to drive (furthermore, it’s a driving offence to use one’s mobile while driving !). thanks, good luck !
