So I make sure I always have a little bottle of that or a scented chopstick/lotion. Also, I hyperventilate a lot but I really don't appreciate putting a bag over my face, so instead I count to five, inhale, count to five (and count slowly guys. I want at least one "Mississippi" between each) exhale, is a good way of quickly lowering your oxygen level + it gives you something to focus on. Oh and great video!</description>
