The most effective conclusions very briefly summarize your main point (thesis), and what you presented in the body. To end off, you could have a rhetorical question which will leave the reader thinking, a call to action that will make the reader want to do something about the issue you described, etc. There are lots of ways to wrap it all up, so don't get caught up thinking there's a particular right or wrong way.
References :
The best way to write a conclusion is to have your opening line (something catchy) then restate your thesis and add one more sentence that wraps the whole thing up. It takes about 5 minutes just to write.
