1dl oat, 
1/2dl wheat bran, 
1dl freshly grinded flax seed, 
2 tablespoons cinnamon 
Then I add about 5-6dl water and warm it up. 
When it cooled down I add 1-2 teaspoons of flaxseed oil.
Then I mix a banana with 2dl milk and ad to this "oatmeal". 

What do you think ? Can I make it healthier?</description>
