Taylor shares his inspiring journey of recovery from depression and anxiety. He encourages others, including politicians to open up about their own mental health challenges in order to dispell the stigma around mental illness. Taylor is a passionate mental health advocate, public speaker and outdoor enthusiast and holds a BA in Computer Science from Simon Fraser University.

Hi Taylor, hats off …
Hi Taylor, hats off to you and positive thoughts your way for continued recovery, I have a Dissociative Disorder and have been in the Psych Ward four times and have extensive scars from self-harm but have recovered from my mental illness although it is life long, I have a Theatre Group for People with Special Needs and am public about my mental illness.
