A personal, uplifting story of Joe Roback, who lives with Bipolar Disorder. Joe has had a strong recovery and attends Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, Canada. He is an avid chess player, musician and volunteers with many mental health organizations.

Hi Joe, great music, I really enjoyed it, I have a Dissociative Disorder, and am a Creative Healing Educator, looking at Creativity and it’s healing effects, I have largely recovered from it, altho not totally, I love to sing and identify with what you are saying about music.
