He asks you to be the change that is needed to de-stigmatize mental illness. Brent is a committed mental health advocate, public speaker and outdoor enthusiast who is in his final year of business school at Simon Fraser University.

Hi Brent, great job expressing what it’s like to have a mental illness. I have a Dissociative Disorder, was once considered hopeless but am doing very well now, so I agree with you, people with mental illness are courageous and amazing people from my experience, positive thoughts your way for continued recovery.
