I’m a white person. I’ve received plenty of tickets in my life. But I no longer go to court because it’s a waste of time. Not because I no longer get tickets. In one week I got three!

I do think that drug policy puts a lot of blacks in jail. I do know there are many racist police officers. But people like us are not racists. And even if we were, we couldn’t do much damage. It’s the racists in the government that do the most damage. That’s why we need to reduce the power government has over us.
