My health teacher Mr. Perez gave us an assignment. It was to underline words in the definitions of each vocabulary word to make an acronym. But it’s hard to find the acronyms in the definitions. Here are the vocabulary words and the definitions:
Health-the combination of physical, mental/emotional, and social well-being.
Wellness- an overall state of well-being, of total health.
Prevention-practicing health and safety habits to remain free of disease and injury.
Health education- the providing of accurate health information to help people make healthy choices. Health People 2010- A nationwide health promotion and disease prevention plan designed to serve as a guide for improving the health of all people in the United States.
Health literacy- A person’s capacity to learn about and understand basic health information and services and use these resources to promote his or her health and wellness. I mean to say is that I have to underline specific words in the definitions of each vocabulary word to make up an acronym. But the acronyms have to be health related.
Take any phrase that is health-related and turn it into an abbreviation. for example, well-being becomes WB.

It’s for our psychology class. What are some key and important points I should discuss when it comes to this matter? Cuz I really don’t know what to research. Thanks!
I just want to make it brief and understandable by all. And my report has to be done in a hour
no XD I mean, i’m gonna do the report for 1 hour. and i’m scheduled to do it next week XD
How in depth do you want to go?
A true report can be made up of hundreds of pages of facts and studies, i assume that’s not what you’re looking for.
Imho look for the key causes of stress in modern society, the psychogical suggestions for why these things affect us so, and the treatments.
Your area of focus (say, for example, domestic abuse or personality disorders) will be your opportunity to show off your individualist streak if you want.
edit; in an hour?
Good god, talk about unprepared!
Your first step should be to look for journals or articles related to stress therapy - this is the RESEARCH bit you should have done waaaaay before now.
So find one, confirm it in your mind that it’s what you’re looking for, and start to analyse it. If you’re good at thinking on your feet you should be able to pull this off, if not i would advise asking to be able to do the report another day.
